Knutsford"Life in Lockdown"

Photography Exhibition 

This acclaimed photographic exhibition captured the lives of families, residents, teddies and pets  who live in the beautiful village of Knutsford, Cheshire, United Kingdom while indoors under the strict UK lockdown during the outbreak of Covid 19 in April 2020.

 

All images taken by Sarah Jane King were captured by the roadside or outside a window.

Whilst on Sarah's daily 1 hr of exercise she was inspired by how people were managing life under lockdown and their ability to be creative, pass the time, connect or maybe drive each other a little bonkers some days !

You can view this heartfelt collection of simple images in the "Life in Lockdown" photographic exhibition which images won her the UK photographer of the year. 

Moments captured will make you reflect, smile & laugh while taking you on a  journey around the streets meeting the locals.

From behind the lens you will see how Sarah tells a simple & unique story that we can all relate to at that moment in time.

 

All money raised from this exhibition was donated to the Cheshire Community Foundation.
